I know that biopsy is accurate but , surely , sometimes errors in the diagnostic, through biopsy, can surely occur!.

When dealing with prostate cancer, the biopsy is very accurate. I would guess that 1 case in a million may be wrong. I survived a prostate cancer operation. My biopsy was right on. I have a great respect for the department of pathology.
