There is no such cancer.

You have a miss-match of cancer related words.

There is a basal cell carcinoma which is a simple skin cancer but there is no such disease named basel (sic) cell lymphoma.

Basal cell carcinomas are the easiest skin cancer to cure with simple excision and only very rarely kill anyone, even when ignored for long periods of time. They can be very destructive locally and be ugly but will kill only in very rare circumstances.

Answer:
depends more on just the diagnosis. talk to your oncologist, join a support group, and get counseling. every one dies at some point, but it's what you do while you're alive that's most important.

Answer:
you need to find out what stage the patient is in to determine that. in the early stages, it really doesn't impact life expectancy that much, but is uncomfortable. an oncologist would have the best information.

Answer:
its a very broad number. i'd ask your oncologist about a specific diagnosis but you can look on wikipedia.com or just google it

maybe look at some health sites.

sorry thats about the best i could do (i tried to look it up for about 15 minutes)
