Stage 2 Breast Cancer?

I recently found out that my grandma has stage 2 breast cancer. I know we caught it early and that many people have recovered, but she’s nearly 77 or 78 ( i can’t remember) and a diabetic, slightly overweight. Will she be able to recover?

Being diabetic, slightly overweight or 78 years old does not make her less apt to recover than anyone else. In fact, she is far more prone to do better than a 35 year old woman with the same stage breast cancer as young women tend to have a poorer prognosis.
