My friend and i want to join the breast cancer "run for the cure" in October. We heard we have to pay 2 thousand dollars each to join. We are only 13 so a parent has to come with us. In total, the money we need is 6 thousand dollars. Any ideas how to raise that much money before October?

See if you can't join a group that has already formed. They form teams, and teams do fundraising. There are many ways to raise money for this….silent auctions, raffles, etc. It takes alot of work. But, it's an excellent cause. My friend has done it two years in a row and has raised thousands of dollars (also get friends to contribute). Good luck!

Get sponsors for your run, do a car wash, do yard sales, sell baked goods.
