I Know this is probably a stupid question but please dont report it b/c I really am curious

If a man has a penile pump/implant “installed” is he still able to have an orgasm/ejaculate or is it just “deflated” when the woman is completed?

Im asking because If a man has prostate cancer surgery sometimes they suffer from ED, and if oral medications dont work-for some people this is the final resort & so yeah not trying to be gross I am genuinly curiuos

Answer:
The short answer, yes.

“Implants don’t interfere with ejaculation, although ejaculation and orgasm are not ensured.”

Answer:
It all depends on how severe the man's medical condition is. If it is just ED, then yes, with the pump, they should be able to reach orgasm and ejaculate. However, if there is extensive scarring on the internal anatomy of the man, he may have the build up sensation of nearly reaching orgasm, but unable to produce any ejaculate.

Answer:
A man can have an orgasm and ejaculate after prostrate surgery even though he can not have an erection. Generally after both celebrations are satisfied is when the pump is deflated.
