My Uncle is dying from Liver Cancer?

My Uncle has liver cancer and has had cancer now for 3 years. It started in his colin and went to his liver. He has had two surgeries in his liver to get the cancer out. He now needs one more sugery. He has been on chemotherapy for the last three years as well. He has a 9 year old daughter and a wife. He can not work due to the severity of the cancer and his insurance will not approve any more treatment. He needs to get more chemo and surgery so he can live 20 more years. My question is does any one know of any insurane plans that would help, any funding groups that would help, or how to raise money for him? Please let me know if you could help with any information. If the treatment is no longer doing anything to help him live, then the insurance company (and probably the doctor) is not going to keep agreeing to it. Just because there is treatment available doesn't mean the treatment will work. This is all very painful and requires the family to look at another way of handling this.

sometimes the hospitals themselves will cover the costs. you have to fill out papers that describe why you would not be able to pay. my Friend had two hospitals "write off" or not charge her because she is a dialysis patient and had gotten really sick and was in two different places due to her illness.
