I have these two round, fixed bumps under the skin on the sides of my trachea and also small swollen lymph nodes beside them. Also, my lymph nodes are swollen under my jaw and in my armpits… HELP!? I want to go to the doctor but I am worried about what they will state…. Anyone?!
Answer:
It depends on where the bumps are. You said two round bumps and also small swollen lymph nodes. Could it be your thyroid. It is located below your adam's apple lower than your lymph nodes. It is very common for people, especially women, to have nodules on their thyroids. You should get this checked out if you still notice them within a few days. Just to be safe. Prevention is ideal. Not to scare you, but I had an ultrasound last week on my thyroid, I have two nodules. Most are benign.
Answer:
That might be bad, or that might be something as simple as being too stressed out.
Swollen lymph nodes sometimes can be a pre-sign of cancer which usually comes paired with unknown bruises and or fatigue. If you notice any of these signs you should get them checked out immediately. Why would you wait so that something this bad can grow and spread. If you catch cancer early these days, most of the time with all the innovations it can be cured very swiftly depending on the harshness. I would know because that was how they found out that I had leukemia when I was 10 years old. It wouldn't hurt you to at least get them checked out, and could possibly save your life were something to be bad. I'm not trying to scare you, and you probably don't have anything wrong with you, but that's the exact thing that happened to me so I just wanted to let you know.
Answer:
swollen glands perhaps? if you're that worried, it's ideal to go to the doctor and see what they state - superior to know it's ok than to worry about worst-case scenarios
