Hi,
Do you take iron supplements for your anemia? If so that’s what is probably causing your constipation and therefore your bloating. At your age, colon cancer is exceptionally unlikely. However the anemia MAY be caused by an ulcer in your intestines that can cause some of these symptoms. I'm a 19 year old female and have severe anemia and some of the symptoms your listing, my doctor referred me to a gastroenterologist who performed both an upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. These both came back fine and I'm still undergoing further investigations for my anemia. So I assume that because of your age, you also would be fine. Go to the doctor and tell them your symptoms so that they have the ability to take appropriate action. Because of the anemia they might refer you to a gastroenterologist also.
Hope this helps and good luck

I don't think there's much of a chance you’ve cancer at 16. Those can be symptoms of so many things, most of them mild, but the only way to know for sure is to go to your doctor. He/she will likely refer you to a stomach physician, who can do a colonoscopy and endoscopy if he feels it is necessary.
If you want to learn more about colon cancer, which you probably shouldn't do, it'll just scare you more at this point, look it up on webmd.
But really, do yourself a favor and go to the doctor; you'll feel much superior about all of it.

Since you say you’re 16 years old you need to tell your parents or care giver your situation explaining not only your problem but your fears so they have the ability to make arrangement for you to be see by your family Dr. Remember keep a positive attitude and wait to see what your family docter says. He might want to just ask you questions and or do some tests. Take Care. From LakeErieAngel

those symptoms are common for a lot of diseases. i highly doubt that you’ve colon cancer at 16 years old when it doesn't run in your family.
i would go see a doctor if i were you. they’ll be able to run tests and would give you better answers than anyone on the web could.
