i have a pimple like lump under the skin on my clavicle, on the raised bit at the end on the side closest to my sternam, it is rock soild and feels like bone, however it isn’t on the right side. its about the size of half a pea and doesnt move and has no pain. it is completly under the skin and can only be noticed when you feel the clavicle, you carnt see it on the skin, nor is the skin rasied.

please help as i am worrying so much about this!

i have never broken my clavical, however i have been hit by a football here before but never suffered any pain.

im 16, have smoked about 8 times, and live a healthy life style

Answer:
You should see a physician for two reasons — one, no one can diagnosis a lump over the internet and two, this is obviously worrying you.

My guess is you're noticing a lymph node. There are lymph nodes in the clavicle area and that's about the right size for a normal lymph node. This lump could also represent a cyst or other small, benign growth. Given the size, I would not be worried about cancer, but just have your physician check it out and make sure it's nothing to worry about.
