swollen lymph nodes means you have an infection some where in your body . there could be other reasons for them to be swollen but you said you had the flu and cold so it more than likely is because of them and not any thing else. If you think there is some thing wrong go have your Dr. check it out, we are not Dr's on here and can't do the test to confirm any way

You have some kind of low level infection. If you aren't having any other symptoms forget about it. If there is something else wrong, go see your general practioner.
