hi all iv been to the docter about the bleeding in my bum pins a needles im having she took blood and exmaned me there is lump up there on the right hand side she is sending me to the hosp for test but she never sai what it could be any one have a clue what it could be ?

This could be anything. I had the same thing a while back and the lump turned out to be a very hard haemoroid (piles)
The doctor didn`t say what it could be because she didn`t know and will not know until the results are back.
Please try not to worry. Easy for me to say, I know, but really it is best not to worry as this in itself can cause stress and make you feel worse.

It could be loads of different things ranging from haemorrhoids (piles) to cancer, but lots of other things as well, most of which are benign.
It's difficult not to worry, but be assured that your description does not make cancer the only possibility- unfortunately you are going to have to wait for an answer to your question. Whatever it is, you need this to be investigated properly and that is what your doctor has arranged. The hospital will probably have a look up your 'back passage' which can be a bit uncomfortable but is worthwhile in order to get a proper answer. Don't be afraid to ask the doctor at the hospital if he/she is concerned that it could be cancer, although they may not be able to give you a definite answer immediately.
