I ahve had tyroid cancer and been through alot of treatment has anyone out there had the same?

I haven't had thyroid cancer, but my daughter was diagnosed last year at the age of 19. She had 2 surgeries and underwent radioactive iodine therapy in December. She is at her 6 month post radiation point and so far, so good! No cancer has shown back up. She goes back in September for another type of test. September will be her 1 year diagnosis mark. What stage cancer did you have? She was Stage 1 Follicular Carcinoma.
