As we all know there’s no for cancer but that's what the government wants you to think. The government is hiding the cure for cancer because of the life-span of a average human being. Lets say a 35-year old has breast cancer and she will die in a few months; if we give her a cure for cancer she might live till age 60+. Also if the population doesn't decrease it might mess up the whole system of jobs and of employment etc. And i think that the cost of the cure of cancer will cost a lot but I think it might be well worth for if it could save your 70 year old dying grandfather……………. but then again who gives a damn about your dying friend or family but about the money. So if the government doesn't have enough money for patients with caner for a retirement home or the justice of letting a cancer infected child live his/hers future then i guess that this is bull and blasphemous. I’ll l call this murder for knowing a cure for something but not giving it to someone. Who cares if there is a bit of increase in the population or in retirement homes or the lose of jobs in the economy. I think that a person should value live and live long as possible. But then again what isn't about money…………………..
PS: I only want intelligent answers to this questions and no 13 years blabbing about how their teacher said there’s no cure for cancer. If you are 13 or younger just answer this question knowledgeably.

OK, I'm not 13; I'm a 56 year old who has so far survived diagnosis of an aggressive, advanced cancer by more than five years.
And here it comes - there’s no cure for cancer.
The problem with finding a 'cure for cancer' is that cancer is hundreds of diseases, not just one. The difficulty is that different cancers are caused by different things, so no one strategy can prevent them, and different cancers respond to different treatments so no one treatment can cure them all. There will never be a magic bullet that cures all cancer.
BUt some cancers CAN be cured these days: 7 out of 10 kids are cured of cancer. Testicular cancer, Hodgkin's disease, and many cases of leukaemia can all be cured in adults with chemotherapy, most skin cancers are cured with surgery, and many cases of thyroid cancer and cancer of the larynx are cured with radiotherapy.
Many other types of cancer are also cured if they’re found early enough. There’s still a long way to go, especially with some of the commonest types of cancer such as lung, breast, bowel and prostate cancer.
There will never be a Eureka! moment when a single substance or procedure is discovered that will reverse all types of cancer. Rather there will be steady, sometimes slow, progress - an improved treatment , a way to reverse one type of cancer, a way to prolong more lives.
The suggestion that a secret cure is being hidden for reasons of profit is nonsense. These conspiracy theories are urban myths, a sort of game played by those who haven’t had cancer or close experience of it.
If there were such a cure conspiracy drug companies would be keeping quiet about it although it would bring them fame and fortune. Any drug company discovering a cure would make far more money than they have the ability to have dreamed of making up till now.
Physicians, scientists, researchers etc would be watching their relatives die and dying themselves (they and their families develop cancer at the same rate as the rest of the population) rather than co-operate to find a cure or revealing the existing secret cure
And in order to prove that any secret, hidden cure worked, thousands of people would have to have been cured by it (otherwise how would they know it worked?). They’d all be keeping quiet too – not a word to the media from any of them either.
Most unlikely of all, every medical professional in the whole world would have agreed to keep existence of a cure secret. Every single one. One blabbermouth, one disgruntled researcher or sacked nurse and the whole conspiracy’s blown. Newspapers and other media wouldn't have got a sniff of it.
THE government? People putting forward the cancer cure conspiracy theory are almost invariably American and seemingly oblivious to the fact that there are other countries with other governments.
I live in the UK; we don't pay for our medical treatment, including cancer treatment. Cancer treatment costs our government untold billions - no fortunes being made there. Yet we’ve the same treatments as the rest of the world - no miracle cure has been revealed in order to save money. If there were a cheaper, easier way to treat cancer, or a guaranteed cure. BELIEVE ME that's what they'd be giving us.
And the notion that cancer is being used as population control is absurd; with current treatments most people with cancer live many years beyond diagnosis, and some are cured. Those that die often take months and years to do so. Not a very efficient method of population control, eh? A virus or infection would be more effective.

Only 5% of women who develop breast cancer are under 40; the average age at diagnosis is a little over 60. Current cancer treatments have meant that the survival rate for breast cancer has increased significantly. So current treatments mean that your average newly diagnosed breast cancer patient (already having lived to 60+) might well live healthily into her 70s, 80s and beyond.
In fact most cancers are diseases of ageing and the majority of people diagnosed with cancer are over 60. Many, many '70 year old grandfathers' are successfully treated for cancer.
Existing treatments aren't perfect - very far from it. One day people will look back on them with horror. But they are all we have at the moment, and we know, because they have been tested and proven in double-blind clinical trials, that they save many lives and prolong many, many more

It would be impossible to keep the type of secret you think exists . . it makes no sense as physicians, researchers, and all government official are people with families . . and none of them are safe from cancer at all . . they still die from it too. When people speak about curing cancer, they’re referring to cancer as a whole, and it is going to be really difficult to find a cure because there are over 200 different types of cancers. And they don't all respond to the same type of treatment. This is what makes finding a “cure” so difficult. Cancer used by itself is a very broad term and someone could be referring to their particular type of cancer, theirs maybe a lung cancer, whileas someone else might have brain or pancreatic cancer. Bottom line is finding a cure for cancer is going to be extremely difficult and it is going to take many many more years to find it. and they still might not ever find one.

Cancer is a problem worldwide. There is a cure. But I think If anyone knew what it was, it would known. There are scientists all over the world working on a cure. We don't live in the dark ages anymore. We have countless ways of communicating and sending information at ridiculous speeds. Globalization makes it ALMOST impossible for a world conspiracy of that scale to go uncovered. But I couldn't absolutely dismiss the possibility of a world conspiracy. ANYTHING is possible. Never stop questioning. If you feel you’re on to something do some research. You aren't the first one to think this so I'm sure there is plenty of info out there. Just always try to be reasonable. The hardest thing about finding truth on an issue like this is that you’re talking about human beings. Trusting humans to much or too tiny is unreasonable. We’re way too complex to be generalized. Some are there for there own selfish purposes and some are there because they genuinely want to help the people. There’s a constant battle there. If there is truth it will be hidden but it always reaches the surface.

i think that you underestimate our government and our people. the government may care about the money, but within that government are people, people who deal with their loved ones having cancer too. and our cite zens- do you really think that they would give up their own child or sister or father because it cost too much? i think that there’s at least a little good inside of everybody, and they wouldn't let innocent people die, especially by such a terrible disease. i think if my parents could choose whether i lived through this disease, this bone cancer, but have to sell our house and everything we own, they would. they wouldn't let their oldest daughter die because it cost too much to keep her alive. and they are. they ha vet given up hope yet, even after two years. have a little faith, kamil.
