Before anyone states yes I no there is surgery,chemotheraphy,radiotheraphy and the wonder drug but will there be a way people who have it can get rid og it easyly without having to go through pain and having to suffer XX

The problem with finding a 'cure for cancer' is that cancer is hundreds of diseases, not just one. The difficulty is that different cancers are caused by different things, so no one strategy can prevent them, and different cancers respond to different treatments so no one treatment can cure them all. There will never be a magic bullet that cures all cancer.
And some cancers CAN be cured these days: 7 out of 10 kids are cured of cancer. Testicular cancer, Hodgkin's disease, and many cases of leukaemia can all be cured in adults with chemotherapy, most skin cancers are cured with surgery, and many cases of thyroid cancer and cancer of the larynx are cured with radiotherapy.
Many other types of cancer are also cured if they’re found early enough. There’s still a long way to go, especially with some of the commonest types of cancer such as lung, breast, bowel and prostate cancer.
There will never be a Eureka! moment when a single substance or procedure is discovered that’ll reverse all types of cancer. Rather there will be steady, sometimes slow, progress - an improved treatment , a way to reverse one type of cancer, a way to prolong more lives.

People who speak of existing, hidden cancer cures are invariably people who haven’t studied, had or been close to cancer. They have, as Mike admits, just scoured the web. The internet, as we all know (well, most of us do), just abounds with nutters, scammers and people eager to part you from your money.
If someone tells you they know of a cure for cancer they are
a) deluded. They may be well-meaning, but they know nothing about cancer and are relying on unsubstantiated testimonials they have seen on the web.
b) lying.

There are several of different types of cancer, so it wouldn't just be one cure. I think it's possible to cure some types. But by smoking or living in areas with heavy air pollution, sunbathing or using cosmetics or eating stuff containing certain chemicals, we increase the danger of getting cancer drastically. There's already been developed a vaccination for cervical cancer. It's going to be a included in the free vaccination package you get here when you're 12, so all that talk about government preventing the development of cures. So there may possibly be a cure if research is continued.

I hope one day this will be possible. For now though….we can only hope. I've had many family members that have went through the pain and suffering of chemotheraphy only to have no made it anyway.
If I were to have cancer I think I'd just let it take it's toll. The chemotherapy actually killed my grandfather he got to much of it and had a heart attack. Not the cancer the Chemotherapy. Though, I'm sure many people have had success with chemo or radiotherapy. We can only hope somedayAnswer:
There are already multiple cures, BUT the FDA wont approve most of them because they come strait out of nature and they can't patent the cancer curing product.
And besides this is the sad sick truth. I hate think of it this way but cancer is a business. A multibillion dollar a year business just in the U.S. alone. If the FDA granted these cures to be on the market the “cancer industry” would die. costing the governments and many others oh so much money.
In this sick twisted world isn’t about moral anymore. It's all about that tiny green paper that seems to make it go around.
