For about the last year or so, I've been getting swollen lymph nodes on my armpit.
I was reading about it and it seems that I might have breast cancer.
What are other symptoms of breast cancer, and do I have it?
Answer:
Not necessarily, but this is not something you sit back and do nothing about. Please go and see your physician immediately. It is most likely just swollen lymph nodes and nothing else, but don't take that risk.
Edited to say: okay, so if you’re only 15, it is highly unlikely to be cancer. But you still need to go and see a physician.
Answer:
Nearly certainly not.
The chances that you have breast cancer at your age are very close to zero .
Breast cancer is mainly a disease of ageing; 80% of those diagnosed with it are over 50, it's rare in women under 40 and nearly unheard of - so EXTREMELY rare - in under 20s.
Go and see your doctor about your swellings, but stop worrying about breast cancer; the things you've been reading were aimed at adult women, and were not reliable sources of information anyway if they didn't mention that ageing is the main risk factor for breast cancer.

Hm…you’re 15 years old so it's very very very unlikely that you'll have breast cancer. Try to check your breast and feel if there is/are any lumps.
Other symptoms of breast cancer include: 1 sided growth in breast (can be both side), painful with/without swollen breast, discharge from breast.
Swollen lymph nodes in armpit can also be caused by infection of the breast or in the arm.
Answer:
Swollen lymph nodes are usually a sign of infection. Most breast cancer isn't detected until a mammogram. Go see your primary care physician. Best wishes.
