do i have breast cancer??

Answer:
I see from your Q&A that you are a teenager. In which case your chances of having breast cancer are very, very close to zero.

Breast cancer is mainly a disease of ageing; 80% of those diagnosed are over 50. Women in their 20s and 30s with breast cancer are considered young to have it, and account for only a very small percentage of those diagnosed.

It is EXTREMELY rare in teenagers

Most breast lumps (even in women over 50) aren't cancerous.

Your breasts are still developing and what you describe is nearly certainly hormonal.

Pain and tenderness in the breasts is not uncommon, especially in the days before your period is due.

Speak to your mother or your school nurse about your worries; they should be able to reassure you, and you can then speak to your doctor if you're still worried.

But bear in mind how very, very unlikely it is that you have breast cancer.

Answer:
Not all lumps in a breast are necessarily cancer. Lots are benign cysts. You must have a mamography done asap and a biopsy of the lump taken to be sure.

Answer:
how old are you? if you're a teen i SERIOUSLY doubt it. just get it checked out if your worried.
