Colon cancer is cancer of the colon, also called the massive intestine or bowel. If left untreated long enough it will kill you. Hemorrhoids are tiny masses of tissue that contain blood vessels and are located in the anal canal. When they get pushed out of place they have the ability to burn, itch and bleed, but they wont kill you.
