My father has kidney,lung, and bone cancer. he’s bedridden and hasnt been eating for about a week, and hasnt been drinking fluids for three days. How long does he have?

I've dealt with cancer in my family 3 times and I'm only 20……he might have 4-7 days left……sorry
my grandpa had lung cancer, my grandma had a brain tumor and my uncle had colon cancer……….my dads friend had colon cancer, my friend dad has colon cancer, and my great uncle died of liver cancer, and my aunt had throat cancer but actually survived, I thought I had breast cancer but thank God it's only a benign cyst/knot but it still hurts here and there……..I don't want it taken out cuz I don't want a scar or disfigurement ;( I feel so bad about it ;(
