Breast cancer???

Author: admin

I recently heard wearing bras to bed can cause breast cancer. Is this true? And is it ok to wear sport bras?

Answer:
This is absolutley not true. You can wear any type of bra you wish (or not). The only thing that can happen from NOT wearing a bra (especially if you a large breasted) is something called Cooper's Droop (seriously!). It's the sagging that happens to breasts that results from stretching of Cooper's Ligaments.

Answer:
that is a myth.. no truth in it..

Answer:
Both answers are correct - if you would like some really good information try reading Dr. Loves Breast Book. Oh the stuff we don't know!

Answer:
Breast cancer, like all other cancers, happens when normal cells change so that they grow in an uncontrolled way. This uncontrolled growth causes a tumour to form. Underwear has no effect on this process

All the stories about bras and breast cancer are nonsense - padded bras or badly fitting bras causing cancer are two other urban myths.

If you're comfortable wearing a bra to bed, carry on doing so.
