i've seen a lot of pics of the damage perms do. i've heard of brain cancer, permanent hair loss, etc. its all scary to think of. people even say lotions, creams, and shampoos/conditioners give cancer. i'm concerned.

Answer: Yeah, there are lots of carcinogens in those chemicals.
