13 years old and i think i am starting to form a tumor?

hi, i am 13 years old and i am terribly scared that i am growing a tumor. It's a raised red spot thats really dry. over the past few months it has been getting larger and puffier. It is not ring worm, i know that for a fact. i am really scared.

if its on ur tricep ur parents should be able to c it n c that its been there for a few months. but if they r not paying attention for watever reason (money?) i'd go to the school nurse. show her n c what she states. tell her all about it. its the closest medical advice u can get without actually seeing a doctor. it could be anything. just a skin disorder or something not so simple. dont get scared. ok?

On what part is the lump? If it's on the genital area it could be a hernia, which can be fixed by stomach surgery. If I was you, I would contact the hospital asap.
